The perfect summary of Kris’ message can best be summed up by a quote from the book itself. “Time empowerment allows you to exercise conscious control over the amount of time you spend on specific activities, so that you have to clearly define your priorities and plan accordingly.”

Her transparency and sense of humor is evident. Her 4-week plan is actionable, easy to implement and it is obvious if followed will yield results. For business owners who have never thought about prioritizing value-based activities, this is a quick to read guide on getting started. While I don’t think this book made me see the world differently, Kris’ personality is bold and badass. Check out her podcast.
